Health of Communities, Families and Patients

Focus and Scope

Public health (epidemiology, health policy and financing, regional health systems, environmental and occupational health, nutrition, health promotion); nursing (medical-surgical, maternity, paediatric, community, gerontological and mental health nursing; nursing education and management); and midwifery (maternal and neonatal health, reproductive health and family planning, midwifery practice and education).

The journal welcomes submissions from researchers in all countries. Its particular interest lies in work relevant to Indonesia, Southeast Asia and other developing regions, including comparative studies and research on regional health systems.

Journal History

Founded in 2026 by Research Center Progresif to serve lecturers, clinicians, midwives, nurses and public health practitioners. Volume 1 (2026) is the inaugural issue, published in November 2026; from 2027 the journal appears every May and November; every article carries the actual dates on which it was received, accepted and published. No issue is dated before the journal existed.
